Some Important Instruction Before Track AIOU Degree

If you are going to track your degree, you must read the instructions below carefully first to see if you meet them.

You have duly applied for your degree following the terms and conditions of Allama Iqbal Open University and paid the fee after generating the challan form.

AIOU Degree Tracking System (DTS)

First of all, visit this link AIOU-DTS Degree tracking system. Three options will be shown on the front of you Incomplete/Returned Application, Inprocess Application, And Online Application.

Incomplete/Returned Application: If you have not submitted any documents to Allama Iqbal Open University with your application, then your application will be shown as an Incomplete/Returned Application. So click on the Incomplete/Returned Application option to check this and enter your roll no then your application status will be shown in front of you.

Inprocess Application: The next option that will be shown to you is Application in Process where you can check whether your application has been approved or is pending. So to check this, you have to enter your roll number or degree tracking ID and then the status of your application will be shown in front of you.

If your application is pending then you will be shown pending and if your application has been approved then you will be shown all the information related to your degree.

Online Application: If you are a fresh student then you can use the online application option and can submit your application through this you can create an account who want to enroll in AIOU.

AIOU Degree Dispatch Status Process

Your degree from Allama Iqbal Open University is sent to you by post office. But make sure before visiting the post office you have received a text message from the Allama Iqbal Open University. After receiving the message given in the following you can follow the below process and check your degree status.

• First of all, visit the Pakistan Post Office’s official website https://ep.gov.pk/.

• Enter Post/Courier No.RGL number which you have found through the AIOU DTS Inprocess Application option.

• After entering all the information, all the information related to your degree will be shown in front of you, where and in which post office your degree is currently available.
