Allama Iqbal Open University is the largest distance-learning university in Pakistan which provides the best distance education to students. But sometimes the students also face many problems one of which is that the exam center of the students is far away due to which they have to face a lot of difficulties.

Considering all these difficulties, Allama Iqbal Open University has introduced a procedure to change the examination center, which has some terms and conditions. You can change your examination center after following the terms and conditions.

If you want to change your examination center. So you have to read all the instructions below carefully first and then consider applying to change your exam center. If you apply to change your exam center, whether your key will be accepted or not, you will know after reading all these instructions.

• The exam center change fee is Rs  600. Which you should have to pay in the form of a challan form.

• You can apply for a change of exam center immediately after receiving the roll no slip.

• If you are female and you will have marriage from one place to another place. then you can give an application for an exam center change.

• If you or your parents have shifted from one place to another and therefore want to change your exam center, then you can apply for a change of exam center.

AIOU Exam Center Change Apply Online

After following all the instructions given below you can submit the AIOU Exam Center Change Application online through the CMS portal.

• First, go to Allama Iqbal Open University’s official website https://www.aiou.edu.pk/ and click on the Enrollment (CMS) box.

• Then CMS For Continuing Students will be shown on the new screen in front of you, you have to click on it, and then you will be asked for your CMS portal user ID and password.

• Here you have to give the user ID and password that you received from the university through SMS on the number you gave while filling out your admission form.

• You will reach the home page of the CMS portal where you will have many options show of which you have to click on the Student Service request button. Further, click on service request.

• Then in front of you in the new window, I will have the option of Create New Request, you have to click on it.

• Four options will be shown in front of you Apply for Financial Aid / Scholarship, Refund, Other Fee challans/Invoice, or Correction in personal information. You need to click on other fee challans.

• Many options will be shown on the PC or Mobile screen you need to select Change of Examination Center and click the button next.

• Then a document will probably open in front of you in which you have to describe your problem which is your current center and which center you want to have.

• At the bottom, you will also see the add attachment button, after clicking on which you have to upload your marriage certificate, your transfer letter or B- Form.

• After Uploading the document one option will be shown Print Invoice. After clicking on your aiou exam center change challan form will be saved on the computer or mobile.

• Then you need to pay this challan form into any bank in Pakistan online or offline. After paying the challan form you need to upload the challan paid the receipt through attachment button.

After submitting aiou exam center change application you need to check your roll no slip. If your roll no slip is updated it means that your exam center is changed.
