CNIC:Candidate’s own ID card and candidate’s father’s ID card and its photocopy should also be attested by a certified government officer.
Candidate Picture:Five passport size photographs of the candidate.
Domicile:Candidate’s own respective district domicile.
Education Record:You should also have your matric and inter certificate and result card along with a photocopy of the same which is attested and if you have done O level or A level then also a photocopy of the certificate which is attested.If you have done BS after Intermediate then you have attested photocopy of DMC mark sheet of BS and also BS degree which is optional.
Experience Certificate:If you have already done a teaching job somewhere privately before applying for CTI job, then you have to get your experience certificate from the relevant institution and get it attested.
Position Certificate:When you get your degree from a university, you are given some position holder number, so you have to get a photocopy of your position holder certificate and get it atested.
Equivalence Certificate:If you have obtained a degree which is equivalent to any other course code, you must obtain an equivalence certificate from the HEC office corresponding to your respective degree.
