If you are a matric or intermediate student and you want to get admission to any government medical university then you need to make sure that IBCC should attest your matric and intermediate certificate. It used to be that most universities did not demand IBCC-attested certificates, but recently some issues have arisen due to which IBCC-attested certificates have been demanded. And now almost all universities require an IBCC-attested certificate for admission.
Apart from this, a notice was also issued by IBCC in which it was ensured that IBCC must attest the documents of Matriculation and Inter.
IBCC Attestation Procedure 2024
Earlier you had to go to the IBCC office to get your matric and intermediate certificate verified by IBCC, but from September 25, 2023, it has been made mandatory. If you want to get verified, you have to first set an appointment time through the official website of IBCC and then you can get your document verified by sending it by courier or you can go to the office and get the attested document. If you want to apply for IBCC certificate attestation then you need to follow two main steps.

Important Instruction for IBCC Attestation Procedure 2024
- Before applying for document verification from IBCC, you have to get your documents verified by your respective board.
- For submitting the certificate for attestation by IBCC, you need to remove the plastic coating from the document.
- Submit the IBCC attestation fee to the National Bank of Pakistan.
- At the time of your IBCC appointment, carry the certificate attested by the concerned board authority to the IBCC office in a sealed envelope.
- Candidate’s Identity Card (if no identity card, then B-form).

IBCC Attestation Procedure 2023 Complete Procedure
- First of all, you have to register an account on the IBCC official website, click on the register option, and then a screen like this will appear in front of you, in which you have to write your name, first name, last name, username, and email. You have to write the active email and generate your password. Your registration process will be complete.
- Then you will be sent a verification email to your Gmail address on which you have to verify your Gmail address after clicking on the verification button.
- Some instructions will be shown in front of you, you have to read it carefully and click on the next button.
- Then you have to enter five types of information Personal Information, Education Details, attestation Option, Documents Selection and Generate Application.
- The print form and print challan form will be shown in front of you. After clicking on both of them, you have to download both the print challan form and print form and take a printout and submit the challan form to the National Bank.
How many methods to attest certificates from IBCC?
There are two main methods to attest documents from IBCC which are given in the following.
IBCC Certificate Attestation Through Courier: After generating the challan form and print form through the official website of IBCC, if you want to attest your certificate through courier, you have to send all the documents through the courier to the office of IBCC. But then you need to pay a 300 rupees courier fee.
IBCC Certificate Attestation Physically: If you want to get your certificate attested physically by going to the IBCC office, you have to bring all your documents with you.
