PBCC vide its Notification No. SO (Boards) Misc / 2022-PBCC-3 dated 20-12-2023, regarding the matter ” Adoption of Improvement Policy as per Notification of IBCC at SSC/HSSC level” which is given below.
- Students can apply for an improvement subject after 40 days of the declaration of the result or in January.
- A student may be eligible for up to four years of improvement.
- If a student has one or two supplies out of all the results. So then he cannot apply for improvement Students must clear all subjects to apply for improvement
- In case of improvement subject and annual exams of the students, only the result with higher marks the final result will be counted.
- If any student absent from the examination center after applying for Improvement, in that situation the student’s first result will be shown.
- A letter of repentance for not obtaining a higher degree will be required if students do not have improvement prospects after two years of the first attempt.
- Students can appear in practical papers of first year and second year applying improvement.
