AIOU Fee Adjustment Form For Fresh or Continous Student

There are two methods of obtaining admission in any program of Allama Iqbal Open University one is online and the other is offline through the post office. When the students send their online or offline admission, they also submit the admission fee for their first semester. But sometimes, the admission of the students cannot be confirmed due to objections.

But sometimes it happens that the students receive a message letter of objection in their admission form due to which their time to remove the objection from their admission form is over but they have deposited their fee.

Keeping this situation in mind, Allama Iqbal Open University has introduced AIOU fee adjustment feature with the help of which students can adjust their fee for their next semester or refund it.

AIOU Fee Adjustment Terms & Conditions

If you want to adjust your fee then you need to fulfill the following terms & Conditions:

  • The candidate will have the facility of fee adjustment within one year only.
  • Adjustment of the fee will be done only if you have to take admission to the same program again. If you take admission to another program then your fee will be refunded and it will not be adjusted.
  • If the fee increases in any case, you will have to pay the additional amount.

AIOU Fee Adjustment Required Documents/Attachments

The details of the documents you have to attach with aiou fee adjustment form are given below.

  • Old paid Bank Challan Copy
  • New Unpaid Bank Challan Copy
  • Copy of Duplicate Admission Form for Fresher Student
  • Result card or certificate attested by any government officer

AIOU Fee Adjustment Form

How to fill AIOU fee adjustment form and to which address it has to be sent. All the information is given below step by step.

  • First of all, go to the official website of Allama Iqbal Open University and enter the following information after downloading the AIOU per adjustment form.

1. Student Name
2. Father Name
3. Student’s CNIC
4. Student ID/Registration Number (If already issued)

Old Challan Number (Copy attached)
6. Fee Deposited amount (In Rupees)
7. Bank Name & Branch /Telco Name & Transaction ID
8. New Challan Number (Copy Attached)
9. Old Tracking ID Number (For online fresh applicants)
10. New Tracking ID Number (For Online Fresh Applicant)

  • Then you have to attach a copy of the paid challan form, copy of the new challan form, duplicate admission form and attested copies of the result card along with this form and then you have to send this form to the address given below.
